With the AnE Breeding Seed, create a Breeding Garden on individual parcels or a Breeding Forest on full sims; breeding gardens and forests increases your compatibility the more individuals that are present.
The Breeding Seed must be rezzed on the ground, where it is rezzed will become the teleport point for individuals teleporting from the HUD. Use of the item requires the location have a maturity rating of Adult; and based on the size of the location, will give the option of Garden or Forest and to list Publicly or Privately.
