Browse and buy
Section titled “Browse and buy”Open Shop from the main menu to see your Credit balance. The balance belongs to your account and is shared across your characters.
Browse the categories to find a product. Folders marked with an asterisk contain more choices. Review the product’s description and current Credit cost, then select Buy.
If you have enough Credits, the purchase completes and the item is delivered. If you do not, the purchase is refused without a charge. A free item can still be claimed when your balance is negative.
Claim rewards
Section titled “Claim rewards”Open Rewards from the Shop’s front page to see unclaimed grants. Rewards can come from events, promotions, or milestones and may contain Credits or a free product.
Selecting a reward claims it immediately. Your balance is credited or delivery of the product is requested. Clearing unclaimed rewards discards them without paying them out.
Using the browser Store
Section titled “Using the browser Store”If your dashboard offers Store, you can review your balance, available products, and unclaimed rewards there. Choose a product and review its current price before purchasing. Products are delivered in-world, not to the browser.
A changed price or insufficient Credits prevents the purchase. Refresh the Store before deciding whether to try again.
Claiming a reward adds its Credits or requests delivery of its product. Clearing unclaimed rewards requires confirmation and discards them without paying them out. Already claimed rewards are not cleared.
After an error or interrupted purchase, refresh and check your balance and inventory before starting another purchase. If the outcome is unclear, contact support instead of repeatedly buying the same item. Browser availability and layout depend on your dashboard version.
