Companion web dashboard
The companion web dashboard is an optional second screen that mirrors your active character and in-world companion. It is different from the web portal, which handles one-time third-party account connections.
Open the dashboard
Section titled “Open the dashboard”From your character’s profile menu, choose the option that opens the Tree web view. Your browser opens a one-time, time-limited link. You do not need to sign in separately.
Dashboard panels
Section titled “Dashboard panels”The dashboard can show:
- Live status — whether the companion is active and, during a scene, a live narration of what is happening.
- Character sheet — identity, species, form, class, region, parents, stats, fertility, pregnancy, and body growth.
- Abilities — available actions such as Transmute (Shift) and Bite, with the same controls as the in-world menu. See Abilities.
- Genetics, pregnancies, and births — family tree, pregnancy, and birth history.
- Items and devices — nearby usable items and management controls for worn devices.
- Attachments — add or remove managed products and switch a supported attachment to manual Override to use its controls yourself.
- Settings — account preferences, privacy controls, movement or RLV restrictions, and access permissions.
- Search and discovery — nearby, online, or fertile characters with compatibility information and interaction controls.
- World presence — community activity, busy regions, and common species.
- Store — your Credit balance and available purchases.
Staying in sync
Section titled “Staying in sync”The page checks in with your in-world companion every few seconds. If the companion remains offline for several minutes, the dashboard pauses and shows the session as offline. Your character data is not lost.
Privacy and security
Section titled “Privacy and security”The dashboard link expires and does not provide more access than your in-world menu. Settings submitted through the dashboard follow the same validation and permission rules as changes made in-world.
Control attachments manually
Section titled “Control attachments manually”Open Attachments to see the products your companion manages and the available add/remove controls. Turn on Override for an attachment to pause its automatic reactions and use its individual controls or test commands. Manual controls require Override to be enabled.
